This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information relating to Wonder Piano users, and how users and parents or legal guardians may exercise privacy rights.

Wonder Piano is not offered to children under 13 or to persons below the minimum digital consent age required by the laws of your location. We do not knowingly collect, use, or request personal information from such persons. For details, please see the “Age Requirements and Children’s Privacy” section of this Policy.

I. Information We Collect

We collect information only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the Services.

During your use of the Wonder Piano Services, Wonder Piano will collect information that you actively provide when using the Services or that is generated from your use of the Services in the following ways, in order to provide the Services to you, optimize our Services, and protect your account security:

1.1 Account and Contact Information

Registration or login is required to use the Services. We support phone number, email, Google login, and Apple login. When you register, log in, purchase a membership, contact customer support, or submit a request, we may collect the following information and use it to protect your account security:

account ID, nickname, and profile picture;

email address, phone number, or third-party login identifier bound to the account;

country/region and language preference;

feedback communication records and request content;

information actively provided by the user or generated through use of the Services.

This type of information is collected to create and secure your account, provide the Services, and comply with applicable laws. If you do not provide this information, you may be unable to use our Services normally.

1.2 Device, Log, and Diagnostic Information

To ensure service operation, security, and compatibility, we may collect:

device model, operating system version, and App version;

device identifiers or serial number, and device sensor data;

IP address, network type, language, time zone, and approximate country/region information;

Wonder Piano software version number, and the method, type, and status of network access;

network quality data, crash logs, operation logs, service logs, local storage permissions, and information relating to reading and writing external mobile storage;

push tokens, error codes, and security risk-control information.

This type of information is basic information that must be collected to provide the Services.

1.3 Microphone, Audio, and Practice Feedback Data

When you use practice features, tuning detection, or similar features, the App may access the microphone and process audio. We may collect or generate:

piano audio or audio features during practice;

recognition results and analysis results such as pitch, rhythm, and wrong notes;

practice duration, practiced sections, completion status, ratings, and feedback;

error logs or performance data needed to troubleshoot issues.

Recordings may contain ambient sounds or fragments of human voice, and we will try to limit the scope of collection. During your practice session, from when you enter the music score screen and begin playing until you exit the music score screen, Wonder Piano will record audio. Recordings containing piano sounds will be uploaded to the server for computation and analysis. This is a core feature of Wonder Piano. The recordings will be used to calculate and analyze practice results, help us analyze and improve algorithms, and provide better Services. They will not be used for advertising and do not involve sensitive data such as faces or precise location.

When you use the piano tuning detection feature, the Wonder Piano App will start recording. The recording will be uploaded to the server and used only to analyze the piano’s tuning status. Recording will stop when you expressly exit the piano tuning detection screen.

1.4 Payment and Subscription Information

We may receive:

subscription status, product ID, order ID, receipt, or transaction verification information;

subscription period, expiration time, and renewal status;

refund, cancellation, trial, or promotion status.

Payment processing, refunds, and billing information are handled by Apple, Google, or other payment service providers according to their terms and privacy policies.
