These Membership and Subscription Terms apply when you purchase, activate, try, renew, or use Wonder Piano membership services, subscription services, or other value-added services.
Wonder Piano supports purchases of memberships or subscriptions through Apple App Store in-app purchase (Apple IAP) and Google Play Billing. Your Wonder Piano account is for your personal use only, and Wonder Piano membership may be purchased only through official channels. Unauthorized top-ups or resale are invalid. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Wonder Piano Terms of Service, and the payment, subscription, and refund rules of the applicable app store.
These Terms supplement and are hereby incorporated into the main Wonder Piano Terms of Service. For any matters not expressly addressed herein, the Wonder Piano Terms of Service shall apply, including but not limited to the provisions governing Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
Wonder Piano Membership Benefits may include:
Magic Challenge, Magic Trials, or advanced practice features;
wrong-note recognition, auto-follow, and practice review;
audio demonstrations, metronome, loop practice, or free section selection;
other benefits described on the purchase page or in the App.
The specific benefits are subject to the purchase page, subscription page, and in-App descriptions. Purchase page terms, campaign rules, and redemption rules form part of these Terms. Some benefits may vary depending on region, device, system version, score copyright, account status, or technical conditions.
Wonder Piano provides free features. Membership unlocks only the paid benefits listed on the purchase page. If a feature requires a subscription, the purchase page will clearly state this.
Unless permitted by the purchase page or the platform’s family sharing rules, Membership Benefits are tied to the account and may not be transferred, rented, sold, shared, topped up by a third party, resold, or moved between different accounts.
Wonder Piano overseas Membership Benefits, periods, prices, free access, promotions, and refunds are subject to the product information displayed for overseas users and in the applicable app store. Wonder Piano may offer monthly, annual, or other subscription periods, and may also offer free access, discounted prices, promotional prices, or limited-time benefits.
The subscription period, price, currency, taxes, Free Access duration, and renewal conditions are subject to the information displayed by the App Store, Google Play, or the purchase page when you confirm the purchase.
Prices may vary due to country or region, exchange rates, taxes, platform policies, promotions, or product adjustments. If a price change requires your confirmation, the applicable platform will notify you and obtain your confirmation according to its rules.
The duration of subscription benefits is subject to the platform subscription status, receipt, and in-App display.
If you have purchased a continuous subscription membership, unless the purchase page clearly states that the product is a one-time purchase, subscriptions generally renew automatically until you cancel according to the applicable platform’s rules.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store in-app purchase, the subscription will automatically renew according to Apple’s rules unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, the subscription will automatically renew according to Google Play’s rules unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period. Google Play will process renewal charges through the payment method associated with your Google account.
If your payment method becomes invalid, your balance is insufficient, the platform charge fails, or your platform account is placed on hold, in a grace period, suspended, or canceled, your Membership Benefits may be interrupted or terminated.
Renewal timing, charging timing, and reminder methods may differ by region, platform, and product, and are subject to Apple’s or Google’s rules and the purchase page display.
If Wonder Piano offers a free trial, free access period, discounted price, or promotional benefit, the applicable conditions are subject to the purchase page. Unless the purchase page clearly states otherwise, a Free Access or free access period will not automatically convert into a paid subscription after it ends. If you wish to continue using Membership Benefits, you must actively complete a purchase or subscription.
The number of trials, free access periods, or offers available to each account, device, payment method, or family group may be limited. We and the app stores reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or adjust trials, free access periods, or offers obtained abnormally, abused, fraudulently used, or used in violation of campaign rules.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, you can generally continue using the Membership Benefits during the paid subscription period until the current subscription period ends. After the current subscription period ends, the subscription will no longer renew automatically.

In Google Play, you may go to:
Google Play → profile icon → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions” → select Wonder Piano → “Cancel subscription”

Deleting your Wonder Piano account, logging out, or uninstalling the App generally will not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately in the applicable app store.
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are generally handled by Apple or Google according to their rules. We cannot guarantee that the platform will approve a refund.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules, subscription fees that have already taken effect are generally not automatically refunded because you did not use the Service, forgot to cancel, deleted your account, uninstalled the App, could not use your device, or were subject to regional restrictions.
Platform payment errors are handled according to the platform’s rules, and we will assist with verification. If you believe a charge was made in error, please first request a refund through the applicable app store. You may also contact us for assistance in checking your subscription status.

We may change, suspend, or terminate certain Membership Benefits due to product adjustments, copyright licensing, technical maintenance, platform policies, legal requirements, or business arrangements.
For changes that materially affect paid Membership Benefits, we will provide prior notice where reasonably practicable and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
If you violate the Terms of Service, subscription rules, platform policies, or engage in fraud, abuse, cracking, unauthorized top-ups, account sharing, or similar conduct, we may restrict or terminate your Membership Benefits and reserve the right to pursue liability. Termination due to violations generally does not result in a refund, unless otherwise required by law or platform rules.
Whether Apple Family Sharing, Google Play family features, or other family sharing mechanisms are supported is subject to the purchase page and platform settings.
Wonder Piano is not offered to children under 13 or to persons below the minimum digital consent age in their location. If a user meets the age requirement but is still a minor, a parent or legal guardian should complete purchases, manage subscriptions, and supervise use. Guardians should ensure that purchases comply with local law, platform rules, and family rules.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, your billing and payment relationship is primarily between you and the applicable platform. Apple or Google shall be responsible for handling payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes in accordance with their respective platform rules. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple retains sole and exclusive discretion over all refund requests, and you must request refunds directly from Apple.
Purchases may be restored under the same Apple ID or Google Play account associated with your Wonder Piano account, to the extent supported by the respective platform. Cross-platform availability is not guaranteed unless expressly supported by the product.
We may receive only the transaction information necessary to verify your subscription status and provision the Membership Benefits, such as subscription product ID, order ID, receipt, expiration time, and subscription status.
