This Notice applies when you request deletion of your Wonder Piano account and deletion of personal information, practice records, Membership Benefit status, and other data associated with that account and the Wonder Piano Services.
Wonder Piano is not offered to children under 13 or to persons below the minimum digital consent age in their location, and we do not provide separate child profiles or a parent management dashboard. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that we may have collected information from a person who does not meet the age requirement, or if you wish to submit an access, correction, or deletion request on behalf of a minor user, you may contact us using the contact information listed in this Notice. We may need to verify your identity and guardianship relationship.
After Wonder Piano is deleted, we will stop providing the Services to you, and your future use may be significantly affected. We will delete your personal information so that it remains unretrievable and inaccessible, and it cannot be restored. Before deleting your account, please fully read, understand, and agree to the following matters.
Deleting your Wonder Piano account will result in the following:
you will no longer be able to log in to or use that account;
account profile, login information, practice records, favorites, achievements, progress, settings, audio recognition results, and other data associated with the account will be deleted;
Membership Benefits, history, customer support records, and personalized settings associated with the account will be affected;
deleted accounts and data generally cannot be restored;
even if you later register again using the same phone number, email address, Google account, or Apple ID, you may not be able to recover the practice records, favorites, achievements, Membership Benefits, or other historical data under the original account.
Deleting your account does not exempt or reduce any responsibility arising from your use of Wonder Piano before deletion, and it does not cancel recurring subscriptions managed by the App Store or Google Play.
Before you submit final confirmation for account deletion, Wonder Piano will display important information such as the remaining membership days for the account and require a second confirmation. Please back up any information you need to keep before confirming.
You may submit an account deletion request yourself in the Wonder Piano App through the following path:
Wonder Piano App → More → Me → Settings → Account Deletion
The account deletion process can be completed on a self-service basis and generally does not require manual review by customer support. If you encounter issues during the deletion process, you may contact us through the in-App feedback entry or by customer support email.

To protect account security, Wonder Piano will verify that you control the account before account deletion:
accounts registered or logged in with an email address or phone number: verification by email or SMS verification code;
accounts logged in with Google: verification through the corresponding Google OAuth authentication;
accounts logged in with Apple: verification through the corresponding Apple OAuth authentication.
After identity verification is completed, Wonder Piano will show you the impact of account deletion, including deletion of account data, impact on Membership Benefits, remaining membership days, recurring subscription status, and the fact that deletion is generally irreversible. Account deletion will proceed only after you complete the second confirmation.
If the system detects that you still have an uncanceled App Store or Google Play recurring subscription, Wonder Piano will pause the deletion process to help avoid continued platform charges after account deletion, and will provide a customer support feedback entry and subscription cancellation guidance. You need to cancel the recurring subscription in the applicable app store first, and then return to Wonder Piano to continue account deletion.
After you complete the required identity verification and final confirmation, Wonder Piano will immediately delete user data associated with the account, including:
account profile and login binding information;
practice records, favorites, achievements, progress, and settings;
practice audio, audio recognition results, and practice feedback data associated with the account;
Membership Benefit status, order-related information, and other in-App account data;
Apple, Google, or other platforms may retain transaction, subscription, and account information that they process according to their own terms, billing, tax, refund, security, or compliance requirements. Such platform information is handled by the applicable platform according to its rules and is not directly deleted by Wonder Piano.
After account deletion is completed, Membership Benefits under that account cannot be transferred or restored.
If you have remaining membership days, Wonder Piano will display them during the deletion process and require a second confirmation. By continuing with deletion, you acknowledge that Membership Benefits, remaining days, practice records, and other account benefits under the account generally cannot be restored after account deletion.
If you purchased a recurring subscription through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your Wonder Piano account will not automatically cancel the platform subscription. Please cancel the subscription through the applicable platform before deleting your account:
Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Wonder Piano → Cancel Subscription
Google Play: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wonder Piano → Cancel subscription
If you have not canceled your recurring subscription, to prevent you from continuing to be charged by the platform after you log out, Wonder Piano will pause the account deletion process and provide a customer support feedback entry. We cannot directly cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google on your behalf.
Once account deletion is completed, the process is irreversible, and the account and associated data cannot be restored. Even if you register again using the same phone number, email address, Google account, or Apple ID, it will be treated as an entirely new account, and you will be unable to recover practice records, favorites, achievements, unexpired membership periods, unused benefits, or membership entitlements, or other historical information under the original account.
After completing the final confirmation, Wonder Piano will immediately delete or anonymize your account data, except for data that we are legally required or permitted to retain under applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements (such as transaction histories, tax compliance data, and fraud prevention logs), which will be stored securely and permanently deleted only upon the expiration of the statutory retention period.
